Expressive Yoga Dance™ is a creative movement form that unites the Expressive Yoga and Sacred Dance Fusion into a means of energetic vitality. The movements, intentions, expression explored within the Expressive Yoga Dance classes and workshops are created to encourage community, awareness, inspiration and healing through movement and breath.

Offered in Las Vegas, NV @ Barefoot Sanctuary, Town Square Las Vegas – April 18th- 22nd, 2012.

Next year’s teacher training is open to the creative movement enthusiast seeking conscious living, expressive movement, healing touch, meditation and sacred flow as a means to enhance his or her own daily life.  Expressive Yoga Dance  is a beginner friendly practice that can be taught and shared to a wide variety of athletes, dancers, seniors and children alike. Embark on an enlightening journey  of movement ritual, joy and energetic awakening.

Learn the foundation, philosophy, sequence and sacred intentions of an Expressive Yoga practice and how ethnic dance is woven into hatha flow.  Share in the inspirational life force and generate peace and fluidity through an existing yoga practice or adopt new communication technique, perspective, vision and divine guidance for yourself and others.

Expressive Yoga Dance Teacher Training with founder, Jada Fire takes place once a year and is open to 22 students only.
